   The project started on plot and which is in the city center of Smolyan. It is only 15kms to the famous ski center Pamporovo located on Rhodope Mountains at 1750 mts altitude. This area is famous by its natural bio-agriculture, clean air, thermal springs, caves and a lot of natural masterpieces, besides the ski resorts.  

The construction has been executing under experts supervision. The raw construction finished by May.07 and whole will be completed by November.07.

The project includes 12 luxury apartments, one shop and three closed garages to be delivered all finished. We will manage the maintenance of the building after selling as well as to let the apartments on behalf of the owners.

   The Rhodopes have prepared a gift of theirs for every single sense - your eyes will be full of colour, a song will be resounding in your ears together with the murmur of the highland brooks and the sound of cow-bells, you can taste crystal pure water gushing out the countless fountains.
